I've worked with John on several projects over the past 3 years from upgrading electrical outlets, hanging fixtures, Tesla charges, panel upgrades and even complete new electrical on a new build. His knowledge and ability to trouble shoot any and all things electrical is unmatched!! His work has always been well planned and it shows!
My Tesla wasn't charging normally and couldn't figure out why. John Ham diagnosed the problem quickly and described to me what happened. This also explained why I had two previous friend Tesla chargers! He provided instructions on how I could avoid yet another melted outlet. Additionally, he helped me understand the EV outlets that other electricians had installed and how I should use those Tesla chargers in the future. Thank goodness I didn't rely on my old electricians this time. Tesla chargers are complicated and potentially very dangerous. The other guys just kept replacing the charred outlet without figuring out the problem. I could've ended up catching my house on fire. I won't trust anyone else now. Thanks John!
